As per the guidelines of UGC under the Act of 1956, which is modified as UGC regulations on curbing the menace of Ragging in higher Educational Institutions, 2005, establishment of Anti-Ragging Cell is very compulsory. Objectives of the Act are to empower the citizens, promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities.<\/p>\n<h2>STATUTARY DECLRATION UNDER SECTION 4(1)(B) OF THE RTI ACT 2005<\/h2>\n\nijamata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal&#8217;s Jijamata Mahavidyalaya, Sarati is well-known college of Indapur tehsil and Pune district Maharashtra, India, approved by Government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University(SPPU) Pune.
